Deposits
We require a 25% deposit (on purchase
price, prior to taxes) for any orders.
This deposit will not be refunded if
the figurine is not picked up or deliverable by mail.
The deposit can be made by VISA,
MasterCard, American Express, Money Order, or in person with cash or Interac (debit card).

During colder weather, we strongly encourage choosing the

eliminates your figure sitting in the cold and the possibility of cracking

Returns
We would gladly accept any returns, although we do have a 25% restocking
charge and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
The item returned must be in the same condition as when it originally left My
Daughters' Doultons location. Returns will not be accepted for reasons
beyond our control. We reserve the right to certain conditions in payment.
